Bangla Plas Terms & Conditions — Membership, Betting & Payment Policies

General Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Bangla Plas platform and its members. By registering with Bangla Plas, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Bangla Plas is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide a safe, transparent, and entertaining environment.

Membership & Account

The following conditions must be met to become a member of Bangla Plas:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

As part of the account verification process, Bangla Plas may request a national ID card, birth certificate, or other identity documents at any time. This process is in place to protect both you and us.

Age Verification

Bangla Plas strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 18. If a member is found to be under 18:

• Their account will be closed immediately.
• All pending bets and winnings in the account will be voided.
• Any funds remaining in the account will be reviewed for refund.

If a parent or legal guardian suspects that their minor child is using Bangla Plas, please notify our support team immediately.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your Bangla Plas account secure. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong password — combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi or on shared devices.
• Clear your browser cache after logging out.
• Report any suspicious activity to us immediately.

Bangla Plas is not liable for unauthorised access to your account unless it is proven to have resulted from a fault in our system.

Deposit Policy

The following rules apply when depositing funds to Bangla Plas:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Deposits must come from a legitimate source. Any attempt to deposit illegal funds will result in account termination.
• Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply when withdrawing funds from Bangla Plas:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit may apply. Please contact our support team for more details.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes.
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must first be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bangla Plas:

• Minimum bet amount is ৳50.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash-out feature is available.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error after publication, Bangla Plas reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the odds for that selection will be set to 1.00.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the last confirmed bet will be considered valid.

Bangla Plas reserves the right to review any bet and investigate suspicious betting patterns.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

Bangla Plas offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳500. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount. Validity: 30 days.
• Reload Bonus: 10% weekly Reload Bonus. Wagering requirement: 8x the bonus amount. Validity: 7 days.
• Cashback: 5% cashback on weekly losses. No wagering requirement applies to cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn a ৳300 bonus. The bonus activates once your referred friend makes their first deposit.

Bangla Plas reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. If bonus abuse is established, all bonuses will be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bangla Plas:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Structuring betting patterns for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or damage the Bangla Plas system.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account in question will be permanently closed and all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited.

Account Closure

A Bangla Plas account may be closed for one of two reasons:

Closed at Member's Request: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before doing so, please withdraw all valid funds remaining in your account.

Closed by Bangla Plas: Bangla Plas may close an account in the event of a terms violation. Any decision regarding the account balance in such cases will be made based on the circumstances.

Responsible Gaming

Bangla Plas believes betting is for entertainment — not as a source of income. That is why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly betting limits at your convenience.
• Option to take a temporary break from your account.
• Permanent self-exclusion option.

Dispute Resolution

1. Contact Bangla Plas support first. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours.
2. If the support team is unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, escalate your complaint to management.
3. All disputes are subject to the final decision of Bangla Plas management.

Changes to Terms

Bangla Plas reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Registered members will be notified via email or app notification at least 7 days in advance.
• A special announcement will be posted on the website for major changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
